New Employee Enrollment

Important Information: Benefits begin on the first of the month after your hire date. For example, if you are hired on July 15, 2021, your benefits become effective on August 1, 2021. If you enroll for your benefits after your benefits effective date, additional premium deductions may need to be taken for your elected benefits.

New Employees should look for an email from noreply-cloudnotification@infor.com with their individual New Hire Enrollment link to their New Hire registration instructions. If you do not enroll in your benefits, you will be defaulted to the Washington Plan with employee-only coverage.

Did you receive an email from noreply-cloudnotification@infor.com? If so, do you have a state network user name? If yes, go to the Login Information for State Network Users link. If no, go to the Login Information for Non-State Network Users link.

If you did not receive an email from noreply-cloudnotification@infor.com or believe you deleted it on accident, first you will need to determine if you have a state network user name. Click on Login to Employee Space for State Network Users, or login to Employee Space for Non-State Network Users.

Please Note: You must use Chrome when logging into Employee Space, as Internet Explorer is not compatible.
